1. The Service

Zivro is a software-as-a-service platform that lets users send a single prompt to multiple AI language models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, and Perplexity) and view the results side-by-side, along with cost and latency metrics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, payment, and renewal

The Service is offered on paid monthly plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise). Each purchase grants thirty (30) days of access from the date of successful payment. There is no automatic renewal. To continue using paid features after the period ends, you must purchase a new plan manually.

Payments are processed through SafePay (Getsafepay Pvt Ltd). By making a payment, you also agree to SafePay’s terms. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described in the Refund Policy. By purchasing a plan you agree to the terms of that policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes intellectual property rights;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service;
  • use automated means (scraping, bots, scripts) to access the Service except via documented APIs;
  • resell, sublicense, or repurpose the Service or AI provider outputs in a way that violates the underlying provider’s terms (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the prompts and any other input you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. AI-generated outputs are subject to the originating provider’s terms. We make no claim of ownership over those outputs.

All trademarks, logos, and the “Zivro” brand are the property of [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] and may not be used without written permission.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to Supabase (data storage), SafePay (payments), Resend (email), and the AI model providers listed above. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output quality of those third parties.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SAFE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ANY OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY], Pakistan.
